Threading steps

  1. Put the wire on the wire tray
  2. Pass the wire through the wire crossing frame
  3. Pass the thread through the hole in the wire holder, passing clockwise between the wires and out through the other hole
  4. Thread through the needle bar
  5. Thread through the needle hole

What type of needle can I use to sew very thick threads?

The machine comes with a standard needle size 9*230mm size 25, which is already capable of sewing the thickest threads, the diameter of which should not exceed 1mm.

What happens to broken stitches?

1. The stitch is too thick and the needle is broken. Stop using and replace the crochet hook.

2. The needle is touching the presser foot or crochet hook. Loose screw in presser foot or needle bar, check and tighten.

After the thread is threaded, the bag needs to be sealed once to tie the knot, and the empty seam will not be knotted.

When the machine has been in use for a long time, the feeding teeth are worn out and the stitching is loose, adjust clockwise to increase the pressure and improve the result.
