The dimensions are accurate and I was able to fit it to the canopy of our drive away awning which meant we could sit outside our camper in the evening having a glass of wine without being on mozzy alert. We will sew up half of the splits because occasionally a breeze would separate the flaps and allowed mozzy ingress. A water bottle weighed the joint down and kept the flaps together so easily fixed.

Great size and certainly does the trick keeping the mosquitoes out. The ties could be a wee bit stronger. As they are so light added a few extra ties on the bottom corners to tie them down when there is a breeze and added a wee bit velcro on the openings. Otherwise perfect.
