Product works, I couldn't end up fitting the 3rd floor to ceiling pole in the space I had so didn't end up using it. Be aware the instructions are wrong. They state to insert pole 1 into pole 2. Pole 1 actually should be inserted into pole 3 first. Took me a good 15 minutes trying to figure out why 1 wouldn't go into 2 and looking at the drawing it's just not meant to ha. Anyway when I finally figured it out I got them up and they do the job fine. Best part is no damage to walls!

I am using this in my bedroom in a recess making best use of the space that would otherwise only take a small wardrobe. So I now have three double rails where I would have only have had one. The poles were too tall for my ceiling so I had to hacksaw off 26cm from the bottom of each pole but I can still hang maxi dresses as well as having enough space for trousers under them - amazingly good fix for a rented property as it is all fixed without screws or bolts and is still adjustable to a higher ceiling height if/when I move - awesome quality and so easy to assemble for a 69 year old woman!

First the spring does not sit in the tube which means it��s a little crooked and therefore does not create a tight floor to ceiling fit. Second, the spring pin which allows you to adjust the height popped out while I was assembling. The tubes fell on me and it was painful. The pin should be protruding by at least 5mm to create a secure adjustment. I don��t think it��s protruding by a millimetre. See picture.

By the way the bracket which holds rail is just awful. Not sure how much to tighten and it doesn��t look great.

I don��t give such a poor rating but on this occasion it��s fully deserved.
