Quick delivery, appears to be very sturdy good quality product. I am confident it will do the job. Good value compared to similar more expensive drain rat guard and in my view a better design.
Fitting it, I found it necessary to literally hammer it down into place as the cement surrounding the drain is narrower than 4" drain. Once in the drain the fit was good and will I'm sure stop the rats. As can be seen I fitted on the in the exit drain, meaning I can subsequently easily check that there is no snagging that could cause a blockage and see any evidence (droppings on the side shoulders) of a rat getting though.
