I purchased this as I was upgrading my current m.2 (which was also my boot drive) and needed this in order to copy the drive to my new m.2! So if you are in a similar situation please read on!

Installing an m.2 into this enclosure is incredibly straight forward, making it an easy process. Note that the cable provided is USB C so you may need an adapter to get this in your computer/laptop.

I am yet to have any issues with this and it runs absolutely perfectly. It is also incredibly sturdy and so I feel assured that the data onboard is safe! This even comes with a kind of thermal paste that can prevent high temps.

Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a way to make use of their old m.2 drives, changing a boot drive or even those just looking for a reliable external storage.

I'm using this enclosure with a 2TB M.2 NVME SSD connected to a 40Gbps USB 3.2 on a mini PC.

Installation of the SSD into the enclosure was very straightforward and no tools were needed.

The enclosure gets warm during use but some of that was likely caused by heavy use of an initial copy of data onto the SSD so lots of write operations and high ambient room temperatures due to a brief heatwave in the UK.

The performance is acceptable, clearly not as fast as an internally installed NVME SSD, but for an external drive still very fast.

I haven't had the device long enough for any long term reliability feedback.

Gostei, não tem o desempenho de 10Gbps nem mesmo em thunderbolt 4 com o cabo que vem e nem com um cabo thunderbolt 4, mas mesmo assim consegui resultados contínuos de 4Gbps. Então se pretende comprar um SSD M2 pra usar nele, não precisa ser um com mais de 4 Gbps, no meu caso já tinha um da Western que bate mais do que os 10gbps, mas se tivesse comprado pensando nesse case da Ugreen, teria ficado muito arrependido.

Works fine. I used it to clone a Nvme so that my two identical laptops are set up exactly the same.Tricky part was locking the plastic pin to hold the nvme down. The box comes with 2 of the pins. It took about 2 minutes to figure out. I like the product and the price was good. The C cable makes back ups quick. I will be using the heck out of it over time - I hope it holds up.
