��V-Lock Battery Plate��SmallRig V Mount Battery Plate with Dual 15mm Rod Clamp 3016 utilizing a standard V mount fits most V mount batteries to provide more excellent battery life for your camera rig with your battery's power port(s).
��Comes with Dual Rod Clamp��It comes with a dual 15mm rod clamp, which allows you to mount the battery plate onto standard 15mm LWS rods.
��Multiple Mounting Points��The plate itself features multiple 1/4"-20 countersinks, M3 countersinks, M4 countersinks, 1/4"-20 thread holes, M4 thread holes, and a locating hole for ARRI to attach a dual rod clamp, a magic arm, or other accessories.
��Wide Compatibility��The mount features a V-lock mount with a quick-release lever that fits most V-mount batteries, but it is not compatible with PAGlink series V mount batteries or Patona Premium Battery for BP-190WS. The mount has no electronics and is meant to mount a battery that has its own power outputs to power your gear.
��High Customization��Two stoppers will prevent the battery from twisting when attached. The plate is also compatible with the Blackmagic URSA mini. (Note: 1. No V-Lock part (male) provided with the plate. 2. This is purely a mounting solution for a V-mount battery �� no power ports on the plate.)

A simple, yet light, battery plate for v mount batteries that feels sturdy and reliable. The importance of sturdiness is obviously important, and though I've only had it a short time, it seems capable of holding v-mount batteries that weight at least 1.5kg. Its lightness made it an attractive addition to my gimbal setup (where every gram/ounce counts). Of course, it's just a plate, and offers no power options (so you're stuck with the ones offered by your battery). For situations where I need something more, I use a different option.

I like that you can change the mounting point of the rod clamp so that your battery can be oriented either horizontally or upright (in relation to the rods). The plate also comes with a lot of mounting holes (even on the long sides), but I am not really using them.

Holds the battery firm, clamps are storing and decent quality. The retaining pin holding the battery in place is quite stiff which can be difficult to depress in colder temperatures but holds well nevertheless. Need to make sure you depress the pin first and then slide the battery on and wait for it to slowly retract into place rather than just sliding the battery on and assuming it��s going to click and hold firm. It won��t and you��ll probably end up with a battery on the floor!
