After doing hours of research I opted for the Cable Matters dock for my laptop.
Most other / cheaper brands don't offer 4k @120mhz but this one does and is completely worth the money. I've been buying all of my HDM cables from Cable Matters for the last few years as they are one of the best (initially recommended by HD Fury for speed and compatibility).
I don't need loads of USB slots as size was the priority, but it would have been nice to have extra USB slot :).
If I was also being nitpickity, the unit does feel a little plasticky and cheap compared to some of the sleeker metal models, but the upside is that is is smaller, lighter, more portable and stays cool under use.
Absolute must buy if you do not need loads of USB slots.
