Since upgrading my pc to a more up to date motherboard, processor etc I now have 2TB M.2 SSD drives installed, this left me with several slower but otherwise perfect SATA SSD drives.
In order to use these drives for back up purposes and portability I got the UGREEN SSD enclosure.
The enclosure is great, yes it’s a little plasticky but it’s more than adequate, read write speeds are great at around 350 MB/S and you can easily and quickly swap your drives over in the enclosure

I only ran CrystalDiskMark once to get a baseline sustained write number and then went right to the task at hand and the reason I bought this enclosure. I have a large 8TB Samsung 879 SATA SSD that I wanted to use as a backups drive via FreeFileSync (the 2nd screenshot) and am happy to report the speeds are fine.

The first few minutes of a large transfer the enclosure is able to saturate the USB bandwidth nicely, then after a few minutes of sustained write, my SSD's cache fills up and the write speed drops which I fully expected and knew about anyway to around 160MB/s. This is a by-product of my SSD and not the UGREEN enclosure, so keep this in mind when installing your own SSD into it, if you write large volumes in one go then you too may have this issue.

Fisicamente: es suave al tacto, acabados buenos, se sienten de calidad, color mate con un entramado medio brilloso, tiene gomas antiderrapantes, pero el agarre depende del peso ya con un HDD o SSD instalado, el cable es grueso, de 55cm, flexible y con aislante suave, los conectores bien elaborados.
Desempeño: Mientras se use el cable provisto en una conexión directa (puerto-carcasa) sin extensiones o hubs, es bueno el rendimiento. La limitación de lectura/escritura depende de las características del HDD o SSD utilizado, con los SSD si es muy rápido.
Centrándonos en los HDD: El UASP funciona si tu computadora también lo tiene, pero el HDD debe ser de alto rendimiento y trabaja mejor en discos CRM, cosa que en los de 2.5" solo existe en capacidades de 1TB o menos.
En general le doy mi recomendación, aunque si es un poco caro, diria que lo vale.
