What pencils are included in the Mixed Media set?

30 colour, 30 watercolour and 30 metallic pencils. 7 grades of graphite pencils, one water-soluble graphite pencil. Pastel pencils in Red Brown, White, Grey, Black, Sepia. Soft, medium and hard charcoal pencils.

What else is included in the Mixed Media set?

Soft, medium, hard graphite and charcoal sticks. Red Brown, White, Grey, Black and Sepia pastel sticks. 4 willow sticks. Water brush, Blenders, Pencil Extender, Sandpaper Block, vinyl and putty eraser, single & double sharpener.

Does the Mixed Media set include sketchpads?

Yes, the set includes 5 A5 sketchpads. Black paper 135gsm, White Cartridge 130gsm, Pastel Paper 118gsm, Dot Graph Paper 80gsm and Watercolour Paper 230gsm. Each has 20 sheets.

Are the pencils the same quality as your original Premium coloured pencils — do you use similar cores in these?

All pencils in the Mixed Media set has been selected from our colour, watercolour and metallic pencil sets. The drawing items, charcoal, graphite, pastel pencils and sticks are the same as those included in our Drawing and Sketching sets.

This is such a shame it has had a whack and fair bit is broken and it certainly now can't be a gift not sure what to do as it is very expensive and was a gift it is all bent - I noticed with other packets they shove in the small sketch pads and it is too stuffed so the contents get bent around them but this is first time stuff has been broken and I am stuck for getting out to send it back :( Post Script there was no mechanism to contact Castle so I rang ��غ�� and they refunded in full without return. It's been a few days since I looked at this and I just emptied it out to see what was salvageable and I have to say I think this was a 'second' or 'return ' as some internal wrapping is not on the products - I have bought other sets from Castle which are wonderful but this one is not. Very expensive for what it is and packing the A5 sketch books inside didn't help this one and infact I think they were in the wrong part of the zip bag - wouldn't have saved it fro what ever machinery chewed it but another pointer to someone else opening this first to me.
