this is very nice and portable 40w light and as its godox you can expect good quality!

Light it self is well made and super easy to operate its power k values!

my favourite feature is that you can run it from batteries with included battery bracket and it works perfect so its nice to use this for handheld works

very good value you get with this light

its not super powerful for video works but its great as a fill light!

also you can just run it from mains power ( cables included! )

Great value as always from godox!

I love this light! I'm a wedding photographer, and I know most people use this light for video, but I love it for photos. I had a wedding I was photographing that was going to be at night with minimal light, and that makes it hard for flashes to focus if there isn't any ambient light, so I knew I needed to find a good continuous light. La iluminación es un aspecto crucial en la fotografía y video, y encontrar las herramientas adecuadas suele marcar la diferencia en el resultado final. Y esta compacta luz de Godox tiene todos números para ser una las primeras elecciones cuando buscamos buen precio y excelente calidad.

Como he mencionado, su tamaño es muy compacto y no deja de ser sorprendente cómo un equipo tan pequeño puede proporcionar tanta potencia lumínica con lo que es una opción ideal para quienes necesitan movilidad en sus sesiones, sin comprometer el rendimiento, lo que permite obtener resultados profesionales en variadas situaciones.

En términos de temperatura de color tiene un rango de 2800K a 6500K, y se adapta a diferentes condiciones de iluminación permitiendo ajustar fácilmente la luz para que coincida con la luz ambiental o crear el ambiente deseado sin necesidad de filtros adicionales. La calidad de la luz es excepcional, con un CRI de 96+ y un TLCI de 97+ que garantiza una reproducción de color precisa y natural.

En cuanto a los resultados, la calidad de la luz es impresionante. Ya sea como luz principal, de relleno o de contorno, esta luz produce una iluminación suave y agradable que ademas se puede modificar notablemente cuando se utilizan los difusores, que suavizan las sombras y crean una luz más envolvente.

Un aspecto interesante es la variedad de opciones de alimentación. Se puede utilizar con baterías Sony NPF ( el standard de facto ), o conectarla directamente a la corriente para sesiones más largas y donde sea posible tener un enchufe a mano.

El sistema de montaje es sumamente facil de usar, y se pueden intercambiar los diferentes modificadores de luz (como el domo de difusión, la carpa suave o el reflector) en muy poco tiempo. Cada uno de estos accesorios ofrece un efecto de iluminación diferente, permitiendo adaptar la luz a las necesidades específicas de cada toma.

A nivel control, mencionar que la interfaz es intuitiva y fácil de usar con una pantalla LED que proporciona información clara sobre la temperatura de color y la intensidad de la luz y también tenemos la posibilidad de control vía Bluetooth útil cuando la luz esta muy lejos o en un lugar de difícil acceso, por ejemplo, sobre un trípode alto.

Y algo que los sonidistas van a apreciar. Se puede desactivar el ventilador y la luz funcionará sin emitir ningún ruido, algo crucial para grabaciones en que se usan micros muy sensibles. Sin embargo, es importante tener en cuenta que esto limita la potencia máxima al 50%, pero me parece un compromiso razonable para mantener la integridad del equipo.

En resumen, excelente luz, con una gran cantidad de aplicaciones y sorprendente por su tamaño super compacto.

J'ai testé cette "cobe light" ou projecteur LED de 40W Godox en intérieur essentiellement sur secteur, mais aussi brièvement en extérieur sur batteries, pour de la photo de packshot produit et un peu de portrait.

Dimmable en intensité comme en température de couleur de 2800K à 6500K, avec une vingtaine d'effet visuels cet aspect du projecteur est plutôt classique. Avec un CRI de +96 on sait que la fidélité de température est au rendez-vous. Avec "seulement" 40W d'intensité par contre vous serez limités à de petites scènes en intérieur ou surtout en extérieur à du remplissage ou de l'éclairage en soirée/nuit puisque 40W ne contrera pas le soleil.

Côté kit : très bon point pour la poignée/support d'attache pour haut de trépied avec une possibilité d'incliner le projecteur, un trou pour installer un parapluie de diffusion et un point de montage au dos pour fixer la plaque de charge via 2 batteries Sony NP-F rendant une utilisation nomade du spot sans accès au secteur tout à fait possible. On a aussi un bloc d'alimentation secteur avec le câble de rallonge, puis un réflecteur qui fait parfaitement le travail.

Tout dans le kit tout comme le projecteur est bien solide et de plutôt bonne qualité en fait pour le prix.
Le projecteur a notamment un corps en métal avec un bon refroidissement passif et un mode silencieux au niveau du ventilateur audible à pleine puissance néanmoins.

Pour 130 €, on a donc ici un gain de qualité/robustesse des différents éléments, avec d'ailleurs plus d'accessoires que pour certains projecteurs plus chers, mais au "détriment" de la puissance, 40W.
On trouve des projecteurs LED bicolores d'entrée de gamme avec corps en plastique autour des 100W de puissance pour le même prix désormais et certains non-bicolores, mais avec une batterie intégrée pour 40W aussi. Ce projecteur est donc une alternative intéressante dans cette gamme de prix.
