Honestly I'm having a hard time understanding why people cannot read the instructions well. The instructions are perfectly fine, I got this assembled with monitors mounted in around 20-30 minutes.
The design is sturdy, and the monitors sit on the VESA compatible backplates well.
One small, minor detail that I noticed, if you're planning on using a monitor titled 90 degrees, so it's vertical, there is no bolt to hold it in place, it simply sits on top of the mount, so when tilted 90 degrees there isn't much holding it on except friction. I have done this, and as much as there is no bolt to hold it, it seems sturdy enough to hold the monitor either way.
TL;DR: Good mount for the money, nice and sturdy, and perfect for a 27" monitor. Cannot say anything for anything bigger.
