I recently had Pinnaplasty ear surgery and could not lie directly on my ears for a few weeks. This product pretty much did exactly what I wanted it to and I was able to sleep on it just fine. Pretty comfy, nice fabric, good hole size, not too elavated. I ordered a couple of different ones and this was the best. Slept on it instead of a pillow every night for the past month with no troubles.
I'll also add that although it says it puffs up in 48 hours or something like that, you can puff it up immediately with your hands and it only takes like 30 seconds.
