I bought this for my 2 year old to organise her toys and books more. It was fairly straightforward to put together but as a couple I wouldn't recommend trying to build together.
There are designs along the sides giving a bit of colour to the shelf, designs are minimal and look nice. Shelves felt heavy and sturdy, however the book shelve slots were way thinner than the rest of the build. It didn't impact use at all, I wouldn't recommend putting very heavy books on, however my daughter has multiple books stacked up between each shelves and has held up well.
The organiser comes with 4 material boxes that are easy to setup you just unfold and place the flat board material at the bottom to keep the box stable. Very good for storing lego, plastic balls, bric-a-brac and even stuffed toys, was surprised at how much it held. It looks so much neater in the house now from the organised toys. Only downside of the material boxes would be if the bars gets damaged by your child you won't have a stable box for storage anymore and it will collapse on itself, and it is difficult to clean if your child takes a pen to it. The rest of the shelves however are easy to wipe down from crayons and such.
The shelves on the right were useful for toys or even aesthetics like lamps or so on. The organiser does come with an attachment cord for the wall to stop the shelf from tipping if your child attempts to pull it forward, I haven't personally put this up and tried it so I can't comment on how affective it is, but the material given for it seemed sturdy enough as long as it is properly drilled into the wall with the right tools.
Happy with purchase was worth the price and would consider buying another in future for our son when he has his own room.
