I have used this device for two months and to say it is unreliable is an understatement.
The help you receive is non existent. There is no app you can see download speeds or troubleshoot. I bought this and a sim to save money and honestly Not worth it as I¡¯ve had to buy another portable WiFi system. Hopefully that works.
I will say the device looks nice as it is small.
