This is an excellent little glue gun! I've been using the Bosch glue pen for a couple of years and it's very good but this Workpro tool is better again.
It charges reasonably quickly with a 5 volt 1 amp usb charger. The user guide and the lettering next to the usb c port says 5 volt 2 amp max. Not having a 2 amp charger I used what I had without problems.
The glue sticks slots in without much if anything sticking out and I had to insert a second stick so that the trigger would work and advance the first stick. The glue sticks are manually fed by pressing the trigger once the temperature light is green. It isn't an auto feed device.
Glueing was easy without any drips leaving dispenser clean. It takes close to a minute to heat up.
The build quality is very good as I expect from Workpro and I am happy with my new glue gun.
