I was on side note surprised that a more expensive mop head I had previously bought in past also fits. The spray I was not sure if would work. It does and a simple system just don't ask me how lol! Good fine mist just enough to clean without pooling on the wooden laminate. Mop head picked up a surprising amount of dirt on what I had thought my clean floor. Mico mop fibres attract dirt and can easily be cleaned in the wash. Job done quickly and as I was using the laminate cleaner which is expensive went a long way. That alone is a cost saver didn't expect. Clever mop developers!

When the mop arrived, I discovered that the end of one of the handle tubes was slightly misshapen, so that it would not fit together. I advised the seller, sent a photo and I received an immediate assurance that a replacement would be sent. A whole new mop arrived a day or two later!
As for the mop, it was easy to assemble and works like a dream. The water spray in front of the mop head is efficient and means the floor gets no wetter than is absolutely necessary, and so dries almost at once. The mop heads are very good quality and, being washable, are very convenient. An excellent product and the after-sales service was fast and helpful.

Just had it delivered and gave it a trial run.
Especially pleased to see extra mop pads which are lovely and fluffy round the edges for lifting dust and the pad itself is quite rough so good for scrubbing at stubborn dirt.
Easy to assemble with the included instructions and bottle holds a good amount.
Being quite tall I would have preferred a long handle or one that could be made longer. Spray flow could do with being a bit stronger.
Pleased overall, it will just take a little getting used to.
Edit: broken already. Spray trigger stopped working.
