I don't know if some other reviewers rushed through the description on the back of the bottle because it contains very important information, especially if you are a health-conscious person like me.
Initially, I got excited seeing ingredients that I love and know, such as turmeric, paired with a few others for improved effects on one's well-being. But a closer look at the details reveals the following:
- A single serving (two capsules) contains 300 mg of Turmeric Root, compared to my standard Turmeric Root supplement, which provides 2100mg of the key compound, making this one seven times less effective.
- Other key compounds in the supplement, such as green tea extract, pomegranate seed extract, and broccoli florets, are provided in very low amounts compared to standalone supplements.
- It contains a number of additives in the form of fillers, binding agents, and colours, such as:
- silicon dioxide
- talc
- magnesium stearate
- calcium phosphate
- brilliant blue (colour)
- tartrazine (colour)
- titanium dioxide (colour)
I mean, this thing is packed with additives.
I can't possibly recommend it, and I won't even try due to the points I raised above.
