How to pair the transmitter and receiver?

Firstly, receiver connects with smartphone,blue light flashing. Then, press transmitter button for 2 seconds and the blue light flashes. When transmitter and receiver lights become constant blue light, it indicates that the pairing is successful.

How can I know whether it is fully charged?

Only the transmitter needs to be charged. Low battery: Flashing red.When charging: the red light is always on. When full: The red light disappears.

What are the precautions for use?

Wireless transmitter and receiver, please charge 1 hour after receiving the goods.It is recommended to reduce the surrounding electromagnetic and signal interference at a distance of 10-15m (barrier-free), and check whether the connection is stable.

Noisy and clips easily with no gain control.

The media could not be loaded.

I initially had issues paring the transmitter and reciever like others here, but i double tapped the power a few times and they are now paired. The latency appears to be pretty tight, but i have no way to monitor the signal or control the gain, and it is clipping very easily. It is a nasty momentary drop off rather than distorting too, so not the type of clipping one can live with. There is also noise present that you can hear before i press play in the video. If i can work out the level of signal to feed it, perhaps i can solve the gain issue and work with this, as all i wanted was to get a line-in from my instruments to my phone, and it does that apart frim the issues mentioned. If i cant work around the clipping issue, i will have to return them.

Update, i worked around the clipping issue by bringing the signal way down and there is still noise and a lack of low end.

This product is a bit like Bluetooth in that you have a transmitter and a receiver and send audio between them wirelessly.
The box includes
1 x transmitter with a male stereo jack plug connector
1 x receiver with a USB C connector, with a USB C socket to allow charging when in use
1 x receiver with a Lightning connector, with a USB C socket to allow charging when in use
1 x USB A to USB C charge/power cable
1 x USB C to 3.5mm female connector
1 x Lightning to 3.5mm female connector
1 x Instruction leaflet
The build quality seems good.
The instruction leaflet has very small print which is difficult to read without a magnifying glass.
The user manual says that it can also be used to stream music from a phone to a hifi, which is the way I wanted to use it. This works well with good sound quality (at least to my somewhat ageing ears), no dropouts and no noticeable delay.
So overall this seems a good product to add Bluetooth-like functionality to older systems.

I used this kit to transmit music from my Android phone (Oneplus 10T 5G) to my analogue amplifier (Harmon Kardon Soundsticks II).

In the box, you get a variety of pieces which enable you to use this kit with either an Android device (USB-C connector) or an iPhone (Lightning connector).

The user manual refers to some components as "transmitter" and some as "receiver", but this product can operate bi-directionally, so these names are meaningless and really confusing! The instructions could be made a LOT clearer!

Note that you have to charge the "transmitter" part (with 3.5mm jack) for 1 hour before use.

I plugged the JOYO "receiver" part (which in this case actually acts as a transmitter) into my Android phone's USB-C port. Then I plugged the JOYO "transmitter" part (which in this case is actually acting as a receiver) into my amplifier via 3.5mm jack. NOTE: I had to use my own double-female 3.5mm adapter to connect to my Harmon Kardon Soundsticks II, but most amplifiers won't need this.

To pair the transmitter and receiver, you have to double-click the power button on the JOYO transmitter. This step is mentioned in the instructions, but it's really easy to overlook! You will know the system is paired because you'll get a solid blue light on each JOYO part.

With the setup paired, I used Spotify on my phone to stream music to my amplifier. It sounded great, I couldn't notice any loss of sound quality. This product works up to a distance of roughly 10-15m. The manual claims there's a transmission delay of just 9ms, which is pretty much undetectable for most purposes.

Having seen other reviewers say this product is only mono (not stereo), I specifically tried a stereo sound test I found on Spotify. I'm pleased to report that stereo worked properly, as expected. I can only assume there is some problem with the jacks/connectors that other people are using. Perhaps the 4-pole jack on the JOYO "transmitter" causes some issues in certain HiFi configurations.

Apparently you get 4-5 hours of playtime on a single charge of the "transmitter". Though I expect you can leave it permanently on charge while it's in use if you have a USB power charger near your amplifier.

This is not for sending audio from a smartphone/tablet/VR headset to a home theatre amp. The product description never claims to do that.

Unfortunately, I cannot get my Transmitter and Receiver to connect together. I tried; they just don't communicate.

Do I have a faulty device? I do not know. But I know that I have followed the instructions, and they should have connected automatically. I have demonstrated this in my video.

I wanted to have my electric piano wirelessly transmit to my Samsung tablet. I connected the transmitter to the audio jack out socket of my piano. Then I connected the transmitter to my PC so I can use OBS. The PC doesn't even recognise the receiver as an audio input device. I tried with my Sony smartphone and Samsung Tablet. They at least did recognise the receiver as an audio input. That's good but without communication to the transmitter, it's useless.

I feel bad to give this a negative review because I really wanted this to work, it's potential is great, and there are not many products of this kind of connectivity.
