I am hoping that this combination of substances will improve my eyesight by causing stem cells to activate. So far I haven’t noticed a dramatic improvement but I wasn’t expecting instant results and I have been taking the capsules for less than 30 days. If in another sixty days I can dispense with my reading glasses I will be thinking of six or seven stars rather than three.

This is a one-month supply where you take 2 capsules in a single serving. The capsules are easy to take.

The blend of nutrients seems to be well thought through providing 12 nutrients which support better eye health including - Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Eyebright, Bilberry, Lycopene, Rutin, L-Taurine, Grapseed Extract, Zinc Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Vitamin A

There are no fillers and flow agents in the capsules and the product appears to be of high quality.

Like with any other nutrients you would be expected to take it over a period of time to allow the nutrients to support the body. Overall this is a really good way to get specific nutrients to support eye health.
