We were having issues with mice coming in, and so bought these balls in the hopes that they might be of some help. I can confirm that they are very effective. We had 3 areas where the mice were coming in, and so we put one of the balls in each area. And just like that, no mice. Another mouse did appear around 10-12 weeks (approx) after we put the balls down. But we replaced them, and have seen no mice again since. Great value for money, even though they need replaced now and then.

The one drawback of these is the smell. They are extremely overpowering. I can handle it, because they balls are shut away (under kickboard, and at the back of the cupboard). But we do get a very strong waft of it when opening the cupboard. However, this is worth it for us, to keep us mouse free.

Description says these have 90+ days protection & each ball covers 150-200sqm.
I initially placed 3 in my tiny loft on 28th September (as whatever is up there keeps me awake some nights).
It's now 8th October & nothing has changed so I've placed the other 2 but am not holding my breath.
They're supposed to emit a pungent odour but I can barely smell them.
Going to try chilli spray instead as it got rid of vermin on my bird feeders (only trouble is it makes me choke so will have to wear a mask when I enter the loft).
