The basic functions seem to work although the choice of tones in the supplied plug in chime are terrible and there is no way to install ones own custom tone. Still, at least one is not obliged to buy a subscription which Ring forces you to do. The narrower horizontal viewing angle of the white model means the supplied 15⁰ wedge is inadequate for most applications. A 30⁰ or 45⁰ one would be better (I had to get one separately from a 3rd party supplier). The app is disappointing: the customisation features for notifications on my phone don't work and when linked up to Alexa the camera fails to handshake so no bell press or movement announcements get through to Alexa devices (although strangely the live view from the camera does). I also find that the app's connection to the doorbell is not 100% reliable. Reolink support is very clunky and I imagine for simple problems the AI based text dialogue is fine but for next level problems like this it is very frustrating (and so far unproductive).

Two weeks later: I have spent a lot of time to get this to work properly. I dispensed with the awful plug in chime and concentrated on getting it to alert me on my phone and through my Alexa devices. My android phone is now working well with custom tones I created. Slow progress here was mainly due to inadequate documentation both in the app and the on line help pages. Reolink support tries very hard but the process, done entirely by email, remains clunky. The same comments apply to getting the doorbell to work with Alexa. The choice of ring tones is barely better than the Reolink offering and Alexa will not accept custom tones from the user (to be fair this is not Reolink's fault). Having had to spend way too long setting it up, it is proving a good product and I upgrade it to 4 stars.

If you install the camera flat against the surface, unless it’s in the middle of the door and not on the frame, you won’t see someone standing in front of it due to the viewing angle. For that purpose the camera comes with a wedge to angle it 15° towards the door. 15 degree is not enough, however you can use up to three of those wedges on top of each other (according to the documentation). The disappointment is that you can’t source those wedges anywhere, not on ��غ��, not at reolink site or anywhere else. The only thing you can purchase are 3D printed versions of it (unless you have your own printer). Keep that in mind before buying this.

The picture quality on this doorbell is great, and the package detection works well.

The only problem I had with my unit is that the SD card (an official Reolink one) wasn't detected. Then, the spring arm to disengage the card wouldn't work, so I had to disassemble the unit and ended up snapping the card. After trying with another SD card, it was clear that my unit was just faulty.

I don't rely on the SD Card features, so haven't returned the unit under warranty, but if this is a deal breaker for you, just keep it in mind and try it before installing it.

Zuerst sollte sie ohne Cloud auskommen und sie sollte an den vorhandenen Klingelstrom angeschlossen werden können.
Da wir schon mehrere Produkte von Reolink zur Kameraüberwachung der Innenräume haben, war für uns vollkommen klar, dass die neue Doorbell von Reolink für uns infrage kam.
Dieses Produkt ist einfach zu installieren über die App. Das größte Problem sahen wir in dem 12 V Klingelstrom. Würde er ausreichen, um eine Kamera und eine Gegensprechanlage versorgen zu können? In den Fotos kann man gut erkennen, wie wir den Test Anschluss zum ausprobieren des WLAN genutzt haben und wie unsere herkömmliche Klingel angeschlossen war und man sieht den neuen Transformator für den Klingelstrom im Stromkasten. Der Support von Reolink in deutscher Sprache war schnell und gut und hat uns geholfen, die Klingel anzuschließen obwohl wir große Probleme damit hatten. Ganz wichtig, wer dieses Produkt kauft sollte seinen Anschluss im Stromkasten für die Klingel überprüfen, ob er wirklich mit 12 V läuft. Die Tür Kamera von Reolink Benötigt mindestens 12 V sonst läuft sie nicht. Bei uns waren 8 V angeschlossen, was man nicht sofort erkennen konnte. Ich habe jetzt 12-24 V Transformator eingesetzt, wie man auf dem Foto erkennen kann. Dieser ist mit 24 V auch angeschlossen. Damit läuft die Reolink tadellos .
Das Foto von unserem alten Gong zeigt zwei Anschlüsse, die überbrückt werden müssen, alle Kabel liegen dafür dabei. Würden Sie nicht überbrückt werden, würde sich die alte Klingel beziehungsweise in unserem Fall der Gong weiterhin bemerkbar machen.
Das Produkt selbst ist von sehr guter Qualität und auch die Kabel sind sehr gut ausgeführt. Die Kamera hat ein klares Bild und kann auch im Dunkeln so eingestellt werden, dass saubere Bilder vorliegen. Es ist eine Micro SD Karte notwendig, die in die Klingel selbst eingesteckt werden muss Damit die Aufnahmen gespeichert werden. Eine Cloud ist nicht notwendig, was für mich der entscheidende Vorteil ist.
Im Paket enthalten ist auch eine Metallgrundplatte, die an die Hauswand befestigt werden kann, woran das Kunststoffgehäuse der Klingel eingeklipst wird.
Ähnlich wie beim Smartphone kann mit einem mitgelieferten Entriegelungsschlüssel, eine Art Gabel Das Gehäuse wieder gelöst werden.
Weiterhin liegt in dem Paket die Klingel bei, ein Stecker mit einem Gehäuse, was den Ton der Klingel ins Haus transportiert über WLAN. Wir haben Sie im Hauswirtschaftsraum in die Steckdose gesetzt und sie funktioniert tadellos. Sie kann in Ton und Lautstärke eingestellt werden. Mehrere Klangfolgen oder Melodien sind möglich. Ebenfalls dabei ist eine Anbaumöglichkeit mit einem Winkel, der es ermöglicht die Doorbell außen an der Wand zur Tür hin anzuwinkeln, falls das Kamera Auge die Person vor der Tür nicht genau erkennt.
Insgesamt ist das System schlüssig, gut verarbeitet und schnell zu installieren, wenn man die 12 V auch vorliegen hat.
Warum gibt es keine fünf Sterne? Das Produkt ist gut, der Support sogar sehr gut, aber die App könnte übersichtlicher und besser gestaltet sein. Zudem war es mir bisher nicht möglich, wenn jemand klingelt, dass das Bild sofort auf meinem Smartphone hochgeladen wird. Ich muss erst die App öffnen und kann dann mit der Person vor der Haustür sprechen. Eine Unterhaltung ist dann locker möglich. Ich erwarte aber, dass beim klingeln sich die App automatisch öffnet und das ist mir bisher noch nicht gelungen. Hierzu werde ich mich vielleicht noch mal an den Support wenden. Sollte es dazu auch eine Lösung geben, werde ich diese hier posten. Grundsätzlich ist die Doorbell von Reolink aber zu empfehlen, trotz der App würde ich sie wieder kaufen.

Das Foto von unserem alten Gong zeigt zwei Anschlüsse, die überbrückt werden müssen, alle Kabel liegen dafür dabei. Würden Sie nicht überbrückt werden, würde sich die alte Klingel beziehungsweise in unserem Fall der Gong weiterhin bemerkbar machen.
Das Produkt selbst ist von sehr guter Qualität und auch die Kabel sind sehr gut ausgeführt. Die Kamera hat ein klares Bild und kann auch im Dunkeln so eingestellt werden, dass saubere Bilder vorliegen. Es ist eine Micro SD Karte notwendig, die in die Klingel selbst eingesteckt werden muss Damit die Aufnahmen gespeichert werden. Eine Cloud ist nicht notwendig, was für mich der entscheidende Vorteil ist.
Im Paket enthalten ist auch eine Metallgrundplatte, die an die Hauswand befestigt werden kann, woran das Kunststoffgehäuse der Klingel eingeklipst wird.
Ähnlich wie beim Smartphone kann mit einem mitgelieferten Entriegelungsschlüssel, eine Art Gabel Das Gehäuse wieder gelöst werden.
Weiterhin liegt in dem Paket die Klingel bei, ein Stecker mit einem Gehäuse, was den Ton der Klingel ins Haus transportiert über WLAN. Wir haben Sie im Hauswirtschaftsraum in die Steckdose gesetzt und sie funktioniert tadellos. Sie kann in Ton und Lautstärke eingestellt werden. Mehrere Klangfolgen oder Melodien sind möglich. Ebenfalls dabei ist eine Anbaumöglichkeit mit einem Winkel, der es ermöglicht die Doorbell außen an der Wand zur Tür hin anzuwinkeln, falls das Kamera Auge die Person vor der Tür nicht genau erkennt.
Insgesamt ist das System schlüssig, gut verarbeitet und schnell zu installieren, wenn man die 12 V auch vorliegen hat.
Warum gibt es keine fünf Sterne? Das Produkt ist gut, der Support sogar sehr gut, aber die App könnte übersichtlicher und besser gestaltet sein. Zudem war es mir bisher nicht möglich, wenn jemand klingelt, dass das Bild sofort auf meinem Smartphone hochgeladen wird. Ich muss erst die App öffnen und kann dann mit der Person vor der Haustür sprechen. Eine Unterhaltung ist dann locker möglich. Ich erwarte aber, dass beim klingeln sich die App automatisch öffnet und das ist mir bisher noch nicht gelungen. Hierzu werde ich mich vielleicht noch mal an den Support wenden. Sollte es dazu auch eine Lösung geben, werde ich diese hier posten. Grundsätzlich ist die Doorbell von Reolink aber zu empfehlen, trotz der App würde ich sie wieder kaufen.

Intanto è necessario avere vicino un WIFI per assicurarne il funzionamento e occorre la corrente elettrica per farlo funzionare.

Varie tonalità di suono. Ha anche uno slot per scheda SD.

La genialità consiste essenzialmente nel fatto che , anche fuori casa, sarà possibile rispondere al suono del campanello e/o guardare cosa succede davanti casa , ma anche ricevere avvisi tramite cellulare.

Il limite è molto nella configurazione non facile .
L'interfono funziona bene..
Benché personalmente lo trovi geniale, voglio sondarne l'efficienza nel tempo , ho ancora qualche dubbio, provvederò ad aggiornarvi se ci saranno novità di rilievo.
