A great little coffee grinder that works well, apart from one little niggle. For some inexplicable reason when using in portafilter mode, the shortest grinding time is 5 seconds (it's 3 seconds in other modes) which doesn't work well for single shot espresso (about 7g of coffee). My workaround (bodge?!) was to modify the the portafilter cradle (pic attached) so that it didn't trigger the portafilter detector microswitch. Seems to work fine, and would recommend the product as this minor drawback does not detract from the overall functionality.

This is my 1st time using a coffee grinder. I've only just started making real coffee with the proper machine so am actually a bit of a beginner. Telling you this because I don't really know what difference it makes the the machine can give different grind sizes
I love that the machine has a small footprint, As the footprint itself is small, its tall, with The attachments all sitting on the top..
Reading the instructions is very very easy to operate it's really satisfying watching the coffee beans dropped down and come out the other end with the amazing smell of freshly ground coffee.
It was very very easy to use. It looks really nice, and looks much more expensive than it really was.
I'm really happy with this..

Doesn't dispense all the ground coffee into the container remove the container when grinding has stopped bang it gently on the worktop and quite a lot of coffee grains fall down this is after cleaning with grinz beans and running through with cheap beans and brushing out would be better if you could remove the bottom burr for deep cleaning

The main complaint is that the fixture for the portafilter (mine is 51mm) will not allow you to fit the dosing funnel which means you must take care, especially as the double measure insert is full at almost the lowest grind setting (5.3sec). A single espresso from a 51mm portafilter would be messy. The 130gm grind container does not have a sealed lid so you need to transfer any larger grinds to another airtight container.
However settings are easy to understand. Unlike 90% of the reviews I did not get a free machine - made in China.

Lifting the Aigostar Conical Burr Coffee Grinder out from its box, it was a delight to see such a stylish, well-built machine, all shiny with stainless steel accents. Though tall at 34cm, it’s only 18cm deep so it won’t take up too much room on the worktop.
The experienced coffee maker should be able to find their way around easily, but those new to coffee grinding might want to invest in a bag of beans just to practice with, as there are a staggering 52 grind settings to choose from, as well as several special functions.
This coffee grinder is as smooth to operate as it is to look at. Secure the hopper and burr via an integrated twist and lock system; add your preferred coffee beans, choose your grinding setting by turning the -tactile dial at the base of the hopper, select the desired number of cups and press the on button.
Every element of this grinder clicks together so seamlessly, and it’s surprisingly quiet for such a big machine.
It's easy to clean after each use.
It even has anti-slip feet to prevent movement.
In my opinion this is a 5 star product and I would definitely recommend it.

52 grind settings, this is more than what I would ever would want to use, but having that control and ability is nice to have and also makes it future-proof. It's a nice built unit with plenty of grind options as mentioned along with the ability to change between time and cup mode so that it grinds just the right amount required.
The portafilter adapters are very useful which will accommodate your portafilers. It is a little noisy when it's running, naturally as it's grinding coffee beans, but the main beauty of this is that you can make just the right amount, fresh and enjoy you cuppa, just the way you like it.

It's very easy to clean too, very little hassle and not that many parts to it that need to be dismantled either.
