If you like having some sweeties in the morning then maybe give these a go, although it's an odd (but not unpleasant) taste that makes anything you eat/drink after taste weird.

As for changes in my symptoms after a month of taking them, I'm afraid there weren't any. I don't have benign hyperplasia, according to my doctor, but I do have some symptoms. That's why I hoped these might help because the bar wasn't very high.

I really do suspect it's better just to get some zinc tablets and take those, rather than this.

Myself, well I'm trying Maca root, Pygeum, and Saw Palmetto. But above all, I'm trying to lose weight and get fit because I think that'll have the biggest impact.
