Multi-function Crimping Tool Set - The RJ45 crimping tool can be used for Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6a/Cat7 pass-through RJ45 plugs. It's built-in stripper and cutter allow you to complete stripping, cutting, and crimping tasks with just one tool. We also provide a network tester and wire stripping and cutting tool for your convenience in operation and signal detection.
RJ45 Pass-through Connectors CAT6 - The pass-thru design of the connectors allows you to check the wire sequence or second wiring easily. The 8P8C pins are made of phosphor bronze and 50�� gold-plated to prevent metal oxidation and provide a stable transmission network environment. They are suitable for Cat6/Cat5e/Cat5 network cables (wire diameter: 0.93 mm-1.04 mm).
Ethernet Crimping Tool - The wire stripper allows you to adjust the pressure according to different cable depths and easily strip the outer jacket. The sharp blades can cleanly cut the wires. The crimping hole allows for crimping and cutting off excess wires in one step. The non-slip handle is easy to grip and operate, and the lock design can save space when not in use.
LAN Cable Tester - The RJ45 tester can check the continuity, confusion, or short circuit of network cables and RJ11 phone lines. The main unit and remote unit can be separated via a slide rail, allowing you to check the cable from both ends, supporting long-distance testing of up to 200 meters.

Test tool was great to identify what cable is which, and confirm they are working, but have a wiring issue. Crimp tool worked to put on new RJ45, while the stripping tool worked great. Haven't used it that much, but it all worked, am very happy with it.

Fitting RJ45's can be fiddly but quite achievable with this tool. Remember to strip back at least 3cm before arranging the wires. You can insert them individually if you remove enough of the outer casing. The tool will trim them accordingly.

Good little tester 'pair' which I found useful when dealing with a long cable with ends in different rooms.

Having looked at some of the other reviews, there are plenty of videos on line and information on how to use these tools without being negative about this product or any others for fitting the types of connector supported.

Fitting RJ45 plugs on the ends of cables is fiddly and frustrating. This toolkit didn��t make it any easier.

The included instruction sheet didn��t explain how to unlock the crimping tool, refer to the seller��s photos to see that the handle needs to be squeezed and the tiny unlock button needs to be pushed in. The button is too small, and I found it awkward to press.

Next, the cable stripper in the crimper is imprecise, it��s too easy to use too much pressure and cut into the wires. The cable cutter blade is also a bit deep into the tool so you can��t see what you��re doing. The video indicates that a pair of wire cutters are included in the kit, there weren��t any in mine.

Trying to thread the wires into the plug is awkward, there doesn��t seem to be enough of a lead-in to guide the wires. I found it easier to strip back a couple of inches of sheath and trim each wire 3 or 4 mm shorter than the previous one in the sequence. I found it much easier to guide each one into place if it was in position well before the next one came along.

The only good part of the tool is the actual crimper. It felt very positive in action and the wires were trimmed off cleanly.

The next disappointment was the cable tester. My first cable showed a fault on 1 and 8. I tested it with another device and found the cable to be perfect. I put it back in the first and it too showed no faults. I can only conclude that there is a bad connection in one of the tester sockets. I wiggled the plugs and, every now and again, it showed a problem with 1 or 8. This makes the tool useless to me. It needs to be reliable or what��s the point?

I��m very disappointed with the whole experience and can��t recommend this kit.
