The media could not be loaded.

It's just a good creatine 5g hit recommended dose for creatine, but have to take 3 gummies to get that 5g hit, for 22 quid you can get 1kg creatine and it last you nearly a year, whilst this one is gone 90 divided by 3 30 days. Sorry I would rather just take the creatine. I did feel the creatine in this working a bit, but I think the reason I didn't feel the same hit as powder form is because in powder form is absorbed quicker, and more bioavailable absorption into the muscle cells when working out, this gummy form, takes too long to digest.

However I must admit, it tasted nice, and does use Xylitol as a sweetener instead of sugar, this is very positive, we need less sugar and more natural extracts. It comes from fruits, vegetables, berries and many others it's not a sugar it's an extract, and way better than sucrose/sucralose. Carbs here are so low it won't kick you out of ketosis for long, especially when working out so it's all good.

Creatine loading requires about 20 grams a day. That would prove to be very expensive with these gummies so I will use powder to load. However, maintenance should be equivalent to 30 mg/kg of bodyweight per day. For many people that means 2g or 3g per day is enough which in turn means two gummies a day should be sufficient. There are 90 gummies in this bottlel so for me that is 45 days’ worth which makes the twenty pound plus price more palatable.
The downside to Creatine powder is that I’ve struggled to find one that mixes well with water. It is often left as a gritty residue at the bottom of my shake. These gummies are smooth and pleasant and just chewy enough to be interesting. There is no grittiness and the taste itself is pleasant and there isn’t a chemical after taste of note.

To be honest I was expecting a bit more.
It tastes good and all but maybe my expectations were too high, i was expecting a caeffeine and creatine combo to give me a sizeable energy boost at the gym but I didn't feel.any different. But then it could just be me. I wouldn't knock it down though , because our bodies work different, stuff that has worked for others didn't work for me but the ones that others don't seem to like have been the most effective for me. So don't knock it till you try it
