Good quality Wireless Remote Control Camera Tripod from Newmowa, made from good materials.

I have to admit Newmowa is not a brand I have heard of before so I did not know what to expect but I am impressed so far and will be seeing what other products they do.

I have been using this for two months on a Sony ZV-E1 and I have had no issues.

Very easy to setup it is just a case of pairing the remote to your camera via Bluetooth (you will need to press C1 & T button at the same time on the remote to put the remote into pairing mode).

The remote & tripod/selfie stick is very lightweight and small enough that it can easily fit in your pocket which makes this perfect for travelling with.

The tripod feels sturdy and won’t tip over easily BUT this will depend on how heavy the camera & lens are attached to it but if you stick to the 1kg weight limit you will be fine, I would say this might be better for mirrorless cameras than DSLR’s I only say this due to me having a EOS 90D which is on the compatibility list and with the lens I usually use I am well over the weight limit.

Being able to easily use this as a selfie stick is a very nice touch, it feels good in the hand and you can easily grip it firmly and not press the buttons on the remote accidentally. My only minor grumble is you cannot not extend the height of the selfie stick/tripod which is a shame but not a game changer for me personally.

Battery life is very good I am getting about eight hours as advertised, I like the fact you can charge the remote with a power bank if you do run out of battery and you are out and about.

Overall I am happy with the wireless remote control camera tripod, I feel it is a fair price for a mini tripod/selfie stick & remote.

So I've not been able to get the remote part of this working, but that might just be my camera not playing ball, however it functions are a fairly solid and robust stand for my Sony compact camera.
The remote is a little difficult to part from the holder, but at least you won't lose it by it falling out.

This is a review of the Newmowa Wireless Remote Control Camera Tripod.

This is a product for the ‘selfie generation’ – or at least the more affluent ones who own one of the expensive compatible Sony, Canon or Nikon cameras. It is light (143g) and small enough to fit in your pocket, but it feels solid and robust. It can be held in the hand as a selfie stick, with the embedded remote control giving you thumb access to shutter control / video recording and zoom. Alternatively, it can be placed as a mini tripod on a flat surface, with the remote then removed to control the camera from a distance.

Attaching the camera is via a standard screw mount, which is tightened by a convenient thumb ratchet on the mount. You can then adjust the orientation of the camera both vertically and horizontally using the ‘press to release’ buttons on the front and side (no screws to tighten). The remote is rechargeable via a USB C cable (provided), so no wasteful button batteries.

An important point to consider, is that being able to use the remote to adjust the zoom will only really be useful to you if your camera is a model that has a screen that can be flipped to face you above or to the side of the camera. Also, the tripod is too small and light to support heavy lenses.

Overall, a nice little add-on to the premium cameras that it is compatible with, but I think the current price of £39.99 is a bit too premium for what it is.

This product was sent to me for review, as part of ��غ�� Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.

In terms of build quality, the unit as a whole seems fairly robust, though I thought I could feel some flexing in the plastic, when I held it up with my camera attached. My camera is not particularly heavy, and only had a 20-60mm lens attached, so it should not have been too heavy of a load. Despite this, I was able to hold it steady, and pan from left to right smoothly. The tripod legs are also a little uneven - most of the load-bearing appears to be in the front leg, so it can be unbalanced, especially if the legs are extended out fully (they have quite a wide spread).

The standout feature is definitely the remote control, though I will say that it is a challenge to actually remove from the main tripod in the first place - the holding mount is very stiff. Regardless, it pairs and functions well, with a battery that lasts, and recharges with the included USB-C cable - ideal for use with a power bank, making it super portable (great for outdoor filming sessions).

In summary, a good value item, with some extra care needed.

Lo compré para una cámara Sony ZV-E10 y funciona perfectamente. Eso sí, el manual es muy minimalista y cuesta un poco emparejar la cámara con el trípode si no tienes experiencia en estos menesteres.
Con el fin de facilitar la labor a los futuros compradores, el emparejamiento se realiza pulsando unos segundo la tecla AF/ON hasta que la luz del mando se encienda en color azul. Es entonces cuando debemos pulsar a la vez las techas C1 y T unos segundos hasta que en la pantalla de la cámara nos diga que se ha producido el emparejamiento. Acto seguido , ya podremos controlar la cámara remotamente.
Como es lógico, previo a esta función, debemos haber entrado en el menú de la cámara y acceder a la pantalla donde se nos permite activar el Bluetoh. A tener en cuenta que el acceso y distribución de los menús dependerá del modelo de la cámara que tengamos.
Así pues, por el precio y las funciones que ofrece este trípode inalámbrico, buena compra.

Primero hay en entrar en el menú de la cámara y buscar emparejar Bluetoh
