This is a new liquid B12 I am trying out having tried other brands and I do like the fact that it is not sweet, but plain taste, and so far seems to be working. I also bought the B6 from the same company, and that seems to be working too. Not unpleasant taste, easy to consume.

This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy.

So I think it's too early to tell if it's making me feel any different ... however...

The bottle is a nice size, full, and sealed.
The pipet works well with no issues.
There's lots of info on the bottle.
The colour is so bright! I assumed it would be accompanied by a strong flavoured taste =/ ... But .... It doesn't really taste of anything .... This really shocked me because from my experience, most liquid supplements I've taken have had a strong flavour. So this was a bonus lol.

So I think it's too early to tell if it's making me feel any different ... however...

The bottle is a nice size, full, and sealed.
The pipet works well with no issues.
There's lots of info on the bottle.
The colour is so bright! I assumed it would be accompanied by a strong flavoured taste =/ ... But .... It doesn't really taste of anything .... This really shocked me because from my experience, most liquid supplements I've taken have had a strong flavour. So this was a bonus lol.

I was only aware of Vitamin B12 as a tablet form and not so much with this particular formulation, so i am glad i did some research to see just how good this particular product reports to be, in terms of its ingredients and dosage.

So vitamin B12, in the forms of Adenosylcobalamin and Methylcobalamin, plays a vital role in keeping your body and mind functioning well. Here’s what it helps with, in simple terms:

Energy Production: Adenosylcobalamin supports the creation of energy in your cells. It helps convert the food you eat into energy, which can reduce feelings of tiredness.

I have to supplement with B12 as I have complex health conditions which affect my gut and therefore absorption of nutrients from food. I eat a very healthy diet full of foods that contain B12 but B12 is THE most difficult of all the vitamins to be able to be converted and used by the body and used as there is a whole host of conversions that have to take place before it can cross into your cells.
My serum B12 blood results are always super high which (in my professional experience as a health practitioner) mean that for me the B12 is not crossing over into three cell bit just staying circulating in the blood. So. This is why I supplement. With a methyl B12 which means that part of the complex conversion process has been done for you. Not the cheap nasty type of B12 which is Cyanocobalamin.
This brand looks great. It looks very genuine and of good quality. However, for some reason my body reacted to it. I have M.E and multiple chemical sensitivity and although I could see no added ingredients - my immune system said no. So I shall revert to my previous brand.
