    There are many supplements out there that combine Ashwagandha and Shilajit. These two are an effective mix for reducing stress and possibly helping testosterone. However, this is the first time I have seen Mucuna Bean (a natural source of L-Dopa which converts into dopamine) and Kudzu extract. The idea is that these in their own ways help dopamine production and thus testosterone- the two are closely linked.

    There is certainly an effect on well-being, but without a longer trial it is hard to say if I would continue with this, or try to make my own blend where I know the proportions and quality of the ingredients. Shilajit for example is famously variable in quality and provenance, and Mucuna is rarely fresh.

    I've used Tribulus many times and it's definitely something that works for me. I see there's two more ingredients in the form of Ashwaghanda and Shilajit, of which the latter is reported to be beneficial for testosterone as well. Ashwaghanda is reported to be beneficial when dealing with stress, so overall this supplement would be good for someone like me in the gym. Since I've already used many of these ingredients individually I know they'll work for me.
