I have now been taking a magnesium tablet for more than 3 months and this pack contains about 2 months of magnesium for me as I take one tablet only a day.
So far, I have been pleased with this supplement. No problem in taking them as they come at a good enough size and taste good too. After a few weeks of taking these tablets, I have started to notice a some difference especially I feel less pain in my fingers in the morning as compared to before taking these tablets. I think that this is related to taking these tablets.
This is a good quality magnesium supplement that comes with almost 2 month supply, as I am taking 1 tablet a day. It is a good value for money product and I highly recommend these. Just check with your GP first in case of you are taking any blood pressure medicine as manganese could make them week so don't start taking them until your GP recommends them.
