  I bought this litre container of maple syrup as I was frustrated with the tiny bottles from the supermarket, the litre container is good value for money and it is certified organic.
  I use it occasionally on my porridge and on buttermilk pancakes.
  The flavour is amazing and the colour is dark golden.
  I also use it in marinades, chia puddings and butter cream icing, it is extremely versatile where you need flavour and natural sweetness.
  I even add a little to mint sauce and cranberry jelly for flavour.
