  I was excited to use this waffle machine, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at all when I tried to use it for the first time. I tested it with different plugs to make sure the issue wasn’t with the outlet, but the machine never turned on and the indicator light stayed off. It’s disappointing to receive a product that doesn’t work right out of the box. I’m ashamed to say I had to return it.
