  The holes on the planks are poorly aligned and not measured properly, making assembly impossible. I had to return the item, and returning such a large product was a huge hassle due to the complicated reverse pickup process.
  
  This was an incredibly disappointing purchase—it seems like it wasn’t even designed with basic care or oversight. Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying this product.
