This review is based on the cost of this wardrobe, when you are paying circa £250 for a wardrobe you have to expect you are buying a budget wardrobe and I had no doubts this was what I was buying and therefore knew the quality was going to be at the lower end.. It was easy to put this together and instructions were good, took me about 2.5 hours to build myself and I am an experienced DIY’er.
Once built the wardrobe looks really nice.
What has lost this wardrobe two stars is
1) the selves , are very thin, on both the side section and bottom of main rail section, you certainly do not want to put very heavy items on these
2) the quality of the draw runners and door hinges are the worst I’ve ever seen in flat packed furniture. I had to buy replacement draw runners of better quality ( cost £5 for decent quality replacement on ÍøÆغÚÁÏ) as they buckled and warped as soon as draws started to be used.. I’ve not brought replacement door hinges yet but expect over time these may go the same way.
If you are after a good looking budget wardrobe you could do worse , but expect the pay more for replacement draw runners and hinges as the ones supplied as verging on tin foil quality
Nice looking ‘budget’ wardrobe let down by quality of draw runners and hinges
