  This bag of 60 astaxanthin capsules is made in the UK with GMP certification and no added fillers or binders so you can be confident that these are good quality. They are also GMO & gluten free and are suitable for vegans. Astaxanthin is an antioxidant claimed to be 6000 times more potent than vitamin C and is thought to have a lot of health benefits. It is a fat soluble antioxidant so best taken with food.
  
  In use, the bag of red coloured capsules has a slight odour that reminds me of beetroot. The dosage is 1 tablet twice per day, once with breakfast and one with your evening meal, giving a total daily dosage of 20mg and at this rate the bag will last for 30 days. Some health providers say that you should only take up to 12mg per day so it would be feasible to half the dose to one capsule per day and extend the supply to 60 days.
  
  Overall these are a good quality UK manufactured high dose astaxathin supplement and I'd happily get them again.
