  Purchased this as a nother branded model that I had ordered had arrived faulty, the Anker was a bit more expensive (£12 more to be precise) but worked straight from the box, was easy to set up and so far works great, even when sitting a fair distance form the unit it picks up my voice clearly.
  
  I have a number of other ANker products and should ahve just gone with this in the first place as I have never had a problem with any of the Anker products I own including battery packs, USB chargers or charging pads.
