  Very prompt delivery product was well packaged. Product works well, chose this one in particular because of the fact that you still have a 12 volt outlet for other devices that may require a cigarette lighter power outlet eg my sat nav. Only have one slight niggle and that is sometimes the plug pops out of the 12v socket, so maybe bestek could use another plug like the one my garmin sat nav has because that one is a great fit and never comes out.All in all a great little inverter which also has nice styling and doesnt necessarily look like an inverter with the lid closed. Very happy with this purchase and I would highly recomend to anyone thinking about buying this inverter
