  The product is as advertised EXCEPT that the screw holding the phone mount is badly manufactured and will not screw in. Most disappointed as I am going away shortly and wanted to be able to use the product while away. I am returning for refund and hope that a replacement will be better.
  
  It seems most inefficient to have to return it when a simple replacement of the screw would be enough, but it does not seem possible to contact the supplier as it is fulfilled by ÍøÆغÚÁÏ. Perhaps the supplier will read this and react appropriately.
  
  I will happily change the overall rating to 4* if I get a working screw.
