- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 March 2023I bought this item instead of the Neo one because I wanted to adjust the length to my requirements. (I was hoping I could save a tiny corner next to my cupboard for another storage unit.) I felt a bit intimidated by the wordless picture instructions, but actually when it came down to it , it clearly showed you exactly what to do and it was as easy as pie to put together. 5 minutes to attach the horizontal tubes to the side frames (they included the screwdriver too !), then it was just a matter of how long I wanted it to be , then decide where to put the trays and baskets. They clip on nice and firmly ,and for the smaller extended part of the tube they included inserts for the clips to make them stable. There was also a couple of screw pins to hold the extension in place which you just put in by hand and tighten .
I soon realised that I had to extend it almost as far as it would go in order to fit all the baskets on ,but I figured it was worth it in the end! (it'll be a miracle if I found something to fill that tiny empty corner next to it !)
I didn't bother fitting the knife holder or cutting board holder, I already have a wall mounted magnetic knife rack and I couldn't fit my cutting board sideways in that space.
It's just fantastic to see my dishes and bowls pots and pans and cutlery up high and out of my face ! And my washing up liquid and sponges in an elevated container instead of cluttering up the sides !
(I don't even have a cutlery drawer !)
Bear in mind the height, you will probably find it awkward to access your window shelf after installing this , but mine only has crap on anyway which I should be able to find another place for now that my countertop has been freed up !
To say that I am delighted is an understatement , it has totally revolutionized my tiny kitchen !
I feel I can breathe now !
