This is the third product from the Ved Kids gummy line that my children have tried. They’ve already enjoyed the Probiotic Gummies and B12 Gummies, so I felt confident they would like the Iron Gummies too. True to form, they loved the taste! The flavour is consistent with the others in the Ved range—sweet strawberry, which my kids love.
🍬 Taste and Appeal
If your children have tried other Ved Kids products, they’ll likely enjoy this one as well. However, it would be nice to see more variety in the flavours across the range to keep things interesting for kids. A new flavour could add some excitement and make the daily routine of taking supplements more engaging.
⏳ 15-Day Supply Limitation
While the quality and taste are great, the 15-day supply feels limiting. Each bottle contains 30 gummies, but since the suggested serving size is two gummies per day, it only lasts two weeks per child. With two kids, I’d run out even faster if I followed the serving size, so I’ve chosen to give them one gummy each per day instead. This stretches the supply but means they’re getting half the recommended dosage. A 30-day supply where a single gummy meets the daily iron requirement would make this product much more practical and appealing for families.

- Full 30-Day Supply: Providing a formulation where one gummy delivers the full RDA of iron would save parents from needing multiple bottles and make it easier to stick to the recommended dosage.
- Multi-Vitamin Option: A multi-vitamin in the Ved range would be a game-changer. Having to give separate gummies for iron, B12, and probiotics increases sugar intake, which is something I’m trying to minimize for my kids. Combining multiple nutrients into a single gummy would reduce the sugar load and simplify daily supplementation.

Ved Kids Iron Gummies are tasty, vegan-friendly, and my children enjoy them. However, the short supply and need for multiple gummies to meet their RDA make it less convenient than I’d hoped.
