  The coffee machine in itself is good, makes nice latte macchiato, espresso or Cappuccino. Unfortunately barely 6 months of having it, it started giving us problems. The empty water warning light turned on and it won't turn off. Called Krups CS. Was advised that maybe i didn't descale it enough or wash it when prompted? Have done it every single time a warning light came on. The descaling satchets, deep cleaning K pills, filter for the water tank. All done. Was asked to provide a proof of purchase via email. No response after doing this. When I chased them for an update on the repair, I got a very cold: Since you didn't purchase it from us, contact the company you got it from. Not professional at all.
