The nylon braided wrist strap comes in a variety of different colours and is very strong. The plastic buckle is also secure and strong. The small whistle is built into the buckle and is a bit feeble. I can’t comment on how accurate the compass is but it is tiny and looks very cheap. You will need to have good eyesight to be able to read it.
The real issue though is the size of the bracelet, they are huge. They will be unsuitable for children and teenagers. I am an adult and I am able to slide it on and off over my hand without undoing the buckle and there is no option to shorten them.
I received them free of charge to review as part of the Vine programme but if I had paid for them I would have returned them.
