- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 December 2024Did this with my wife and 17 year old daughter. Both love murder mysteries with all its twists and turns and this certainly had a few. I think this works really well in a small group as it helps to contain the discussion without there being too many voices whilst complementing each others' thoughts and insights. It probably took us a couple of hours but it was time well spent as we were invested in the narrative. It's a nice alternative to a board game and apart from the hints which are online (which we left until we'd exhausted all of the evidence and debate), it was a good interactive whodunnit. The surprising thing was it almost felt like a real case as it did an excellent job of suspending our disbelief. The downside is once you've solved it you can't really do it again unless you've forgotten everything which for a memorable case like this would be hard to do. I would definitely recommend this to others and will consider doing the other cases available. I'll finish by saying the cliched "I don't normally leave a review but..." I was impressed by how good this was so I just had to.
