  The capsules are regular sized and easy to swallow, the dosage is 1 per day so theres 4 months worth in this pouch which I feel is brilliant value. I didnt notice a difference in my mood for a couple of weeks but my stress levels do seem to be more manageable and I dont seem to be struggling quite as much with the reducing amount of daylight as I usually would at this time of year which I can only really put down to these tablets. At a much lower price tag than those bought from health shops I would definitely recommend these to anyone who struggles with seasonal affective disorder
