  My own regular supplire of low fat chhese has faced production problems so no delivery until March. Past experience has forewarned me of the taste and texture limitations of Eatlean chese but I though the slices would be OK for cheese on toast. Delievry was via Royal Mail the next day which was impressive.
  The cheese came with a large ice pack which I thought would be a very good move during the summer.
  When I opened the first cheese pack however, there was no separation between the slices which meant that the cheese at the centrre has become welded together. Separating the whole slices completely proved impossible; I could separate part of the slices at one end and am now left with an unweldy lump. The part slices I was able to separate did provide an acceptabe smack of cheese on toast but I won't be re-ordering.
