I'm not a fan of the squeak so not a problem for me but if I hadn't been around my concern is she may of swallowed it. This is the 2nd ball from a pack of 6 that this has happened to. I am going to remove the squeak from all the others as I think this will be safer, I will also contact the seller/ manufacturer as this may be a faulty pack!
