When it arrived I was impressed with the quality of the metalwork component of this bench, it looked very solid, but disappointed to find a deep and permanent grove in the padding. I flagged it with the seller who mailed back right away and offered a £25 part refund and said they would ship some spare pads to the uk in 3-4 months.. my experience of this sort of thing ever being resolved isn’t good.. ( not with this seller but with others who have promised to send parts etc and then not followed up) so I chose to return it. I imagine this might be a one off problem and would have kept the bench if the padding wasn’t damaged. I wouldn’t necessarily let my experience deter you from buying this bench, but I want my reviews to be fair and accurate otherwise there’s little point in the review system.
