  These are not the advertised power, suitable only for phone charging. My laptop is a Dell XPS13 which requires 45W USB-C PD to charge. It charges just fine in my car using a Dell 65W 12V charger. It also charges just fine using a 45W home charger. These chargers are rated as 65W PD on the device and advertised as 60W PD, so they should have more than enough power for my laptop but when I try charging my laptop, I get a slow charging error.
  
  I bought two of these and after finding the issue with the first unit, I thought it was perhaps faulty so tried the second one. Same issue, they do not output the power they claim to.
