The capsules come in a blister pack so you know ever one is fresh out the pack whe you open it.
I got these to try along side my new workout schedule as I joined a gym 2 month ago and these are suposed to help with fat digestion and thort this would be a great supplement to try alongside exercise cover all basis.
So far I am happy with the ongoing results and will continue to use for now.
