- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 April 2024Although this wire wool can be used to block mouse holes - we actually use it for cleaning up old furniture.
Its great for taking old varnish or just general debris off of old wooden items before we clean and finish them.
Because it is the ultra fine four zeros wire wool it barely leaves visible scratch marks so is really good for fine polishing/cleaning work where you dont want to use harsher abrasives.
We have not used it to block holes because we dont have any mice wanting to get into our house at the moment; but as a an arts/craft supply it is definitely one we keep in our tool box; oh and you also get a pair of scissors and a pair of gloves included - bonus - well happy.
