By keeping this in mind I bought this shoe storage which caused to be a nightmare. This is made up of worst quality chip board, even screws chip off the board and not even sit properly. It was not just one cam screw but all. The quality is the cheapest and not worth even spending £20. Very hard to assemble because it is of cheap chip board and doesn't support any screws. I called the company and they have brilliant customer services and refunded me the price and suggested not to collect the old one. I disposed off the old one as of no use to me because chipped off from everywhere. Customer services 5 stars but this product not even one star
